people were working on it to help the customer out and get them back on the road. The computer is a guideline that gives estimates for the amount of time a job should take, and the jobs are prices accordingly.

Review: First & foremost, I have been using this business for almost 30 years......but this is not the first time that a "pricing/labor" issue has arisen. I went by this location yesterday(Monday, January 13th) and asked for a price quote. As I always do, I then went to a parts dealer and priced out the parts and estimated labor charge(s). So I knew, very close, as to what the final pricing should have been/be....not including any additional findings. When I went to "check out".....I was verbally told how much the total was without seeing/having prevue of a finalized invoice/statement. From doing my earlier homework....I knew something was incorrect. So I asked for a finalized invoice/statement and noticed that I had been charged for "three(3)" hours of labor @ $92.00/hour versus the ACTUAL/REAL labor that should have been charged which was "two(2)" hours @ $92.00/hour. When I stated that this was incorrect.....the reply was...."you told me you wanted it completed fast.....so I helped out"......the point here is....YES....I wanted it fast(as I have noticed in the past....taking breaks/eating lunch, etc.....and I am being charged during this time.....I think that is not professional nor a fair practice).......I stated to "[redacted] that I was NOT happy.....and his reply was...."so.....I'll owe you one...." I was NEVER verbally/in writing INFORMED of this extra hour of payment......as I stated before.....his pricing methods have been a sticky wicket in the past.....and thus.....that is why I did my homework BEFORE I came in. As a side note.....I "physically" brought him a NEW customer the other day.....and this is how I am being repaid.Desired Settlement: Summation: This is unprofessional pricing practice(s).
