After sending his letter to [redacted], it was reviewed by their administrative staff and they have extended the warranty for another 6 months as a courtesy to this customer. A letter from [redacted], Assistant VP of [redacted] accompanies our letter for verification of the extension of warranty. This extended warranty and any labor related to its replacement will be honored until 1/31/16.
