Review: I have been taking our family cars to this repair shop for about 8 years. Over the last few years, their service has been going down hill. About one month ago, I took my car in to have the AC unit serviced. They called & said I needed a whole new unit and new breaks, along with a new radiator. Big difference from the original request, but I felt I had to trust them. I agreed to the repairs and just under $3000, I picked up my car. Within a week, I noticed that if I put my AC on while parked, it made an awful noise and rumble. To make things worse, if I waited to put the AC on at a stop light, it stalled out my car. My schedule was pretty busy, so I finally got it to the shop this past weekend for a check on the work done. They called to say they didn't find anything wrong and were indifferent to my remarks that the there was a problem. They offered to keep it overnight for further "inspection", but I believe they never touched the car for the two days it sat there. Disgusted with their attitude, we picked up the car. Once I was safely home, I turned on the AC in the driveway. Big bangs & rumbles once again! I drove it to the corner, turned the AC on and the car stalled.Terrible business attitude and follow through to honor their warranty on work done!Desired Settlement: I want to have my payment for all the repairs from that day refunded. A refund of just the AC portion of the bill will be fine too.They need to feel the disappointment of an unhappy customer that will never return!
