Review: [redacted] performed over $7000 worth of sevices on my Ford Superduty diesel pick up.1)He never changed injector cups when changeing the 3 sets of injectors that kept failing even after informing him that it was advised. Now my truck blows whitesmoke from leaking injector cup.2) He broke oil dip stick then charged me to replace it only to ruin repair kit then told me only way to fix was to pull entire motor! My truck leaked over a quart of oil ever tank of fuel! my driveway is covered. I had another mechanic fix it for $120. 3) He broke my pyrometer during another of his jobs and replaced it but once it still didnt work he refused to fix it again.4)When I challenged him on remaining $485 he stated yelling and threatning to hire some one to put me in a ditch. He didnt care if my mom was dying (she is critically ill in hospital)and he said that he had friends in the highway patrol that would pull over my truck evry time they saw it unless I paid him immediatly!!!

The customer provided us with a set of high performance aftermarket injectors against our recommendations. After being unable to make the truck run to the customers expectations, he requested that set of used stock injectors be installed. Again, he was dissatisfied, so we sold him the set of new stock injectors originally recommended at our cost. At this point the customer stated he was happy with the performance of the truck. The injector cups were repeatedly tested and found to be good. We were never able to duplicated the white smoke issue. The broken pyrometer was replaced out of good faith (connector in the cab was broken). The customer damaged the new one a few weeks later by pressure washing the pyrometer box.

The customer failed to pay the remaining amount on his bill in over 8 months, and in numerous conversations failed to mention any problems he was having with the truck until recently.
