Hello we apologize for the delay in receiving the notice of the complaint, [redacted] provided fraudulent information and documentation to both our company and prime acceptance the lender I lined up for her car deal, she has two separate criminal complaints involving APD as to both the deliberate damage she caused in the vehicle before she returned it, and the threats on my life and safety, [redacted] involved the state of New Mexico attorney general office and the AG ruled in my dealerships favorThey instructed us to keep the plus she paid towards her down payment and deduct the sliced airbag and resale value ,since state law mandates our forced disclosure of the damage she admitted to inflicted herself to myself and prime and the AG [redacted] owes a balance to our dealership for the damage she did and I intact made no claim to request money from her insurance, but initiated a third party inspection by her agency to maybe dispurse funds to her...not us yet I was scolded by the AG and was just tired of her threatening me physically trying to get the vehicle back or money out of me, I have before and after pictures, the attorney generals determination, two separate police reports, and all her original purchase paperwork and bank deal that she stopped and kept the vehicle away from the dealership after she sabotaged her auto loan,refused to obtain a temporary license plate, and she sliced the drivers side airbag deliberately and then tried to extort us into financing the vehicle for her...if u wish to see all these documents please call me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] furthermore the Albuquerque police department has called her and told her to stop harassing my small company and threatening my safety and she still proceeds to do so..we are at a point to which we are following the state attorney generals consumer complaints divisions determination and [redacted] needs to stop contacting us herself or tryjng to damage my reputation all documents on hand including her correspondence, carfax , purchase paperwork, and before and after pictures of the airbag she sliced thank u, feel free to call or email, also please follow up with AG [redacted] and the nmiada
