times the issue is they are not installed properly and we are happy to help with instructions via phone, email, etc.Since these are custom made based on the customers year, make, model, fabric and color choices they cannot be returned, however again we will honor our Fitment Guarantee and make sure they fit correctly

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted], from this company, advised me that they would mail me a check for the shipping cost that I incurred ($35.50)....
Which I have not received as of yet.I would like this to remain open until such time as I receive the check and it clears my bank.

We did agree to mail the customer a check, he was notified about it three days ago and the check is is in the mail.
