I am a yr old single mother with a chrysler PT Cruiser and I have been going to Sal's only because my mother highly recommended himI think other wiseSince May I have been in this shop every weekend and if not every weekend or times during the weekI've come in on many occasions to get work done I was 'TOLD' either it was done correctly and was fix or it doesn't need to be fix (it's not important its cosmetic)My car has been overheating since MayI have alot of new work Fan, Radiator, Spark Plugs, Oil Change & Filter, Fuel cap and the list goes onThe problem here is that my car has a spark plug that is hard to get to so instead of actually fixing it were done and was not causing my car to have the engine light stay onThinking he fixed it because the light was now off it came on shortly after I leftI went to another mechanic and he showed me he never even attempted to fix the #spark plugI also had cheap oil being put in my carMy car is 104,MILES as of today July *** I know I need a thicker oil but yet the oil I have in my car is almost like water causing my car to overheat every time Im at a red lightthis is a horrible horrible situation for me and my yr old son who is always with meive had to pull over numerous amount of times within a to block radius just so the car can cool off and I get home safelyThis must stop Im in full fear to drive my car because something is blinking and making noise

I am a 26 yr old single mother with a 2007 chrysler PT Cruiser and I have been going to Sal's only because my mother highly recommended him. I think other wise. Since May 2015 I have been in this shop every weekend and if not every weekend 2 or 3 times during the week. I've come in on many occasions to get work done I was 'TOLD' either it was done correctly and was fix or it doesn't need to be fix (it's not important its cosmetic). My car has been overheating since May. I have alot of new work Fan, Radiator, Spark Plugs, Oil Change & Filter, Fuel cap and the list goes on. The problem here is that my car has a spark plug that is hard to get to so instead of actually fixing it 3 were done and 1 was not causing my car to have the engine light stay on. Thinking he fixed it because the light was now off it came on shortly after I left. I went to another mechanic and he showed me he never even attempted to fix the #303 spark plug. I also had cheap oil being put in my car. My car is 104,213 MILES as of today July [redacted] 2015 I know I need a thicker oil but yet the oil I have in my car is almost like water causing my car to overheat every time Im at a red light. this is a horrible horrible situation for me and my 1 yr old son who is always with me. ive had to pull over numerous amount of times within a 30 to 50 block radius just so the car can cool off and I get home safely. This must stop Im in full fear to drive my car because something is blinking and making noise.
