Failure to install and setup software properly for a more than 16,000.00 program.The software is to run our automotive repair shop. The owner of AMS sent their technician to install and set up the program. He had no written set up guidelines. He spent 4 days in our shop trying to set it up. We had printer problems and he blamed it on the printer, told us which one to buy which we ordered and had delivered the next day. He set up the printer and still could not get the software to work. The program has 100's of problems and I need it daily to order parts, take in customer's auto information, write invoices and more. I have to call for support all day long. It causes issues with my customers waiting for their receipts if we can even get that far. Their on-line support team has told me it was not set up correctly. This has been going on for over 3 months. We were told they would re-install the software and set up again but now we get the run around. We cannot go on like this so I am going back to my old program which I now have to pay $500 to get them to extract my data from these 3 months. The owner of this company refuses to take their software back and refund my money. We are disputing it with [redacted]. Each time I wrote a comment on their [redacted] page they remove it. They've made it so no comments can be made. They are very unprofessional. They should just take it back and realize it didn't work out this time. Why won't they do this? We make every effort with our customers to make them 100% happy yet this company does not care. They do not have any reviews we can find. Somehow they get them all removed. Now we know why. Try running a day to day business with these problems all day long. Desired SettlementWe want them to take back their software and computer and refund the total charge. Also, on their website they say: If we cannot increase your gross profit by $1000 a month we will either refund your investment back to you OR we will work with you at NO cost to you until your gross profit increases by $1000 a month. Obviously they do not refund your money but only try to work with you which they are not even doing because they do not know how to fix it. Business Response AMS sent a trainer onsite to the customer's shop to setup and train the software. During the majority of that time, the owner was too busy to take part in the training. After we left, the owner demanded additional training, and AMS sent another trainer up for another day, at our expense. The owner then demanded an additional 4 days of onsite training for free. We declined, and the owner refused to pay the remaining 50% for the software, and disputed the first 50% with [redacted]. [redacted] ruled in AMS's favor. With all that, AMS and [redacted] continued to try and help the owner, until he became verbally abusive, and refused further assistance. Consumer Response [redacted], the president of AMS -[redacted] said in his response that we did not spend enough time with the technician setting up the program. I, the owner spent 30 hours with the tech while my service writer spent 38 hours with him. So he is saying its our fault it is not working properly while he told[redacted] it was working properly from the beginning. I will forward his response to[redacted]. He also says the complaint to[redacted] was closed in his favor. The complaint with[redacted] is NOT closed. Final Business Response This customer has reached an acceptable agreement with [redacted] Systems, the [redacted] corporate entity. This compliant should be removed. Consumer Response The company has NOT made any resolution with us. I am surprised to see this complaint is closed. The [redacted] case is still open too. They do not want to do anything about their software not working. They are not honoring the guarantee on their website either. Horrible for a company to treat clients like this. Business Response This customer has made an arrangement to work directly with the [redacted] corporate office, and therefore is not asking anything else from AMS.
