We have contacted the customer and we are working on a resolutionWe have apologized for the loose wheel and the inconvenience it causedWe have inspected the vehicle and made sure there wasn't any damage from the loose wheel [redacted] also did not find any damage to the wheel, fasteners or hub assembly holding the wheel on[redacted] is claiming the alignment is out of specification but will not diagnose what the cause wasWe feel they are misleading the customer and not looking out for her best interestBecause Honda designed and manufactures this vehicle without the ability to correct certain alignment angles, [redacted] is condemning and recommending parts replacement based on a hunch that there might be something wrong with the OEM partsAt no time have they said any work performed by [redacted] Tire caused damage to the parts that they are recommending to replace [redacted] is also claiming that that don't recommend using non OEM parts made by a major aftermarket parts manufacture designed specifically to correct the alignment, yet they did recommend using similar parts to correct the alignment of the rear wheelsI'm confusedis it OK or not.In summary, [redacted] is recommending a $replacement of visually OK parts based on a hunch that it might correct the alignment angles without doing a complete inspection and measuring frame and sub frame component's to determine the actual needAlthough our workmanship has nothing to do with the alignment angles being out of specification, we are still seeking a resolution with the customer and have offered to correct the alignment using industry recommended correction components without any expense to the customer

I Spoke with Mr [redacted] and we will gladly send him a refund today We strive to offer the best service in the industry and it appears we did not meet expectations for this serviceWe apologize for any inconvenience and I will personally look into this matter further[redacted] General ManagerTell us why here

fasteners or hub assembly holding the wheel on.[redacted] is claiming the alignment is out of specification but will not diagnose what the cause was. We feel they are misleading the customer and not looking out for her best interest. Because Honda designed and manufactures this vehicle without the ability to correct certain alignment angles, [redacted] is condemning and recommending parts replacement based on a hunch that there might be something wrong with the OEM parts. At no time have they said any work performed by [redacted] Tire caused damage to the parts that they are recommending to replace. [redacted] is also claiming that that don't recommend using non OEM parts made by a major aftermarket parts manufacture designed specifically to correct the alignment, yet they did recommend using similar parts to correct the alignment of the rear wheels.... I'm confused... is it OK or not.In summary, [redacted] is recommending a $1500 replacement of visually OK parts based on a hunch that it might correct the alignment angles without doing a complete inspection and measuring frame and sub frame component's to determine the actual need. Although our workmanship has nothing to do with the alignment angles being out of specification, we are still seeking a resolution with the customer and have offered to correct the alignment using industry recommended correction components without any expense to the customer.
