[redacted][To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]. Automotive performance is not being fully honest. For instance I did bring him two gaskets but he was only to do one. I asked him why and he advised that he didn’t feel comfortable with the vehicle in question (2010 BMW 528i). For instance when I went to retrieve my vehicle he was underneath the hood looking for the oil dip stick at which time I advised him that my vehicle did not have a dip stick , and it’s all onboard computer. He even asked what year was my car. Which he should of known this info prior to him working on it. He never “test drove” my vehicle. I advised him numerous times that I know he did not do anything malicious to my vehicle. He just got upset and asked me to leave his shop in which I obliged. At which time one of his employees told me to get the “[redacted] out of the shop or he will kick my [redacted]”. This was very unprofessional in his part. There was nothing else wrong with my vehicle. And if there was something wrong he should of advised me. Or even indicated on the invoice. I can provide all my vehicle preventive maintenance invoices. I take care of my vehicle.
