This Letter is regarding our response to customer complaint:We have never seen this customer before this timeWe honored a $gift certificate off of the billCustomer’s car is years old and she brought her own used tires and asked us
to mount, balance & install on her carWe also charged to dispose of customer’s old tires & for new valve stemsNo charge for rims to be cleanedWe performed the service as soon as she arrivedFrom when customer walked through our door to the time she walked out the door to leave was approximately hour minutesCustomer paid the discounted bill and leftTwo weeks later the customer called us to complain about control arm bushing & demanded a refundThe mechanic or anyone else did not see or touch front lower control arm bushingWe can’t be responsible for any auto part that the customer didn’t ask us to checkThe car was not here for inspection, customer was at a different garage for that serviceThat type of auto part would take a long time to wear outWe feel that we don’t need to pay this because we did the tire work service already and at a discounted price.Thank You,

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes these parts should have lasted longer than they did. They were replaced last year, I have the records of the part failing inspection at another location and then passing because they were replaced. I feel my car was improperly handled while being serviced at A Plus Automotive that caused excessive wear to my steering components. I feel they also did not handle my complaint effectively, they tried to brush me off as a woman who doesn't know about her car, this is another reason I feel I am being taken advantage of by this company. I  would like a full refund.

This Letter is regarding our response to customer 2nd complaint:Our company is stating the facts as requested. We are explaining our side of the situation. We did not tamper with her vehicle and did not see the problem she is claiming. If we had noticed anything we would have told the customer. We honestly did not take advantage of this customer. We have been in business since 1999 and performed thousands of services. Our customers trust us & we would never breech that trust. We are not going to refund the money to the customer. We performed the tire work service asked of us. The work was done with a $25.00 coupon off of the price originally.
Suggestion: customer stated got part installed recently, maybe it is still under warranty. Perhaps could be replaced under warranty by the original garage that installed part.
