These people are not being truthful at all and I doubt they supplied you with a copy of their invoice from our company which stated that there was "engine chatter" that could not properly be diagnosed since the car could not be driven for a test drive as the transmission was burned up AND there was not enough oil in this vehicle to even touch the engines dip stick. The customer chose to only have the transmission replaced, even though they were advised of the engine chatter before we moved forward with the transmission. When the transmission was replaced and the vehicle was test driven the "engine chatter" was still there. Also, [redacted] was extremely stressed over this vehicle and told our service writer that they had just blown up the other means of transportation that they were using while their main vehicle was in our repair shop.
