We were going to purchase the vehicle from Mr***, but he broke our customer policy. He made an arrangement for a mechanic outside our company to make repairs. We did not mess up his headlights. He showed us himself how he had his headlights "rigged" in order to work, which was a
safety issue and we were obligated to disconnect. In regards to his title, I have tried calling Mr*** to pick up the title to the Vue as well as returning my dealer tag. I told him we would hold onto the title for his Ram until we had that dealer tag back in our possession, and never received a response. Mr*** has a $invoice due with us. We applied the $towards the bill so he still owes us the balance. We don't give a refund. The dealer is where we sent his Nitro and we were harassed by Mr*** about the amount of time it was taking. He went there and demanded the vehicle back and they charged him the price we would have charged. The cost would have been about $5,and he was charged less than $1,
