Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not have unpaid parking tickets, and I personally completed the tag transfer and registration myself The DMV not only repeatedly verified my good standing but also provided a singular point of contact to process the titling process and the vehicle registration transfer The DMV staff person repeatedly called and personally offered to process all requisite paperwork, but ATC never responded to this offerThe dealership alleges that ATC, the titling company, refused to respond to this repeated request to contact the DMV staff person who was available since the beginning of December to assist with resolving any misunderstanding ATC's lack of action is an incompetence beyond comprehension If it took phone calls to the DMV (which I doubt), that is entirely ATC's fault and effort to justify their overcharges and fees Instead, it took my initial Revdex.com request and dozens of phone calls, emails, and letters to complete a basic auto registration transfer I then used this titling receipt to personally process the title transfer with the assistance DMV staff person who made himself available since the beginning of December It took less than minutes The fault and delay is entirely on the behalf of ATC and the dealership I protest the accusation unpaid ticketsI also protest that I paid a good faith estimate of $for fees, taxes, and transfer tags upon purchasing the car in October In February, I paid an additional $to complete the process ATC provided a receipt for the title registration of $490, and the dealership sent a refund check that is far short of what was expected The DMV staff warned that this was a frequent scam of titling companies who are try to build up fees when customers want to save money by a tag transfer instead of a new registration and encouraged me to continue to protest because I personally fought to complete the work and provide the service to myself At every step, ATC and [redacted] provided heartache and headache and an abysmal lack of quality, timely, professional service Sincerely, [redacted]
