I have been with ATI for years now, I will say that the first years I did not listen, it was hard I had to change my self and not be scaredATI has a personality assessment test that we use for hiring the first years I hired Mror Mrsright now Not Mror Mrsright, I would go against what the assessment test and my coach and fail each timeThe funny thing is I had never taken the test myself I was too busyAfter struggling with hiring I decided I better start listing I took the test myself and I could not believe how accurate the test was with help from my coach we worked hard on running relay good help wanted adds We are now at the point that we are always hiringThe first years I did not take advantage of the training I had one employee and we were doing $275,a year our shop is blocks off the main street on a dead end street we are still in the same building and have added on times we now have employees and we will do $2,200,this yearIt is not easy I have had to change myself from being the business to being a Business ManI have went form working in it to working on itI still struggle with things I am not a good reader or writer but I know to get better I have to keep changing and working on itWe are now in ATI's Alumni program and they continue to keep helping us grow

Please be aware of Automotive Training Institute's sales practices. They make grand promises and blame you if those promises fall short. Worst of all they will outright lie in order to close the deal. In my case, I was told that it is a no brainer, because they will pay for themselves in two months and I can quit at any time. A year later, my shop is in worse condition than before we started with them, and they are basically saying I can quit if I want. I just have to keep paying. Beware. I only agree under the condition that I could quit if the program did not work. I feel that their actions are fraudulent.

We have been using ATI"s business consulting and training services for about 10 years.

When we began we using ATI for our automotive business we had a partner that was not as committed to the business as we were. Someone referred us to ATI and I will admit the first 3 years are what they call the "re-engineering years" Boy, were they right about that. Not just re-engineering financially but also in how you think business, do business and make money. We ended up buying out our business partner, on the advice of ATI, and our business has more than tripled from from where we started. We are literally growing more every year.

It is a difficult process to re learn and maybe re think how you do things but these guys know what they are doing and talking about! I love the accountability you get with your own personal coach. The classes that are designed for owners, classes for Service Writers, classes for your 2nd in command!

The yearly super conference (so much fun) and 20 groups that you will one day be a part of, will hook you up with other automotive shops around the US and Canada. You meet with these other, successful, business owners, at least, 2x a year to discuss numbers, marketing, changes in the industry, what's next, successes and failures that other shops have tried.

If you are ready to put your ego on hold and willing to listen and apply what is suggested, you will be successful.

We signed up with ATI just over a year ago and were very worried about the monthly fee for their service since we were already stretched tight.
