A few days ago I had a customer show up to my business belligerently drunk yelling cussing using vulgar language and threatening me I was unable to get any information regarding the customers concern days later I received a complaint on the Revdex.com website after receiving customers info I pulled work
order and found that the customer recommended we perform a tune up to the vehicle he had a concern of it running rough I notified him that it definitely had a misfire after repairs of installing spark plugs and wires I rechecked the vehicle to find that there is still a misfire in cylinder number I contacted the customer to notify them that further diagnostic would be needed and inform them of the price to diag customer declined diagnostic at this time no further repairs were done to the vehicle customer stated she did not want to put any more money into the vehicle the car was returned at that time and paid for

I am rejecting this response because: I do have the parts on hand and would b Very willing to show a Qualified Intermediary to inspect them and determine that these parts were broken by Automotive USA, The Owner and the Mechanic that worked on my car came into my place of work today being VERY Belligerent,Threatening and antagonistic! [redacted] told the Cashier to watch out for that  [redacted]! Then [redacted] came in to talk to the Manager I informed him the manager was not in until Saturday He then demanded to speak to the Manager on Duty( [redacted]) He told Shane that I had made Multiple complaints on [redacted] and if I didn't pull them down he would come after my manager and store on [redacted] telling everyone that he has a [redacted] on staff! As he was leaving he called me a Liar in front of the customer I was with, and caused a Scene I asked him to leave and he started walking towards me like he was going to hit me I had to ask a co worker to make him leave which He finally did. I NEVER asked to have the plugs and wires changed ( I'm not a mechanic) I didn't know what was causing the car to want to Stall, and yes the second mechanic stated that it was all relative to Automotive USA installing the water pump and timing belt. They are threatening now to get me fired from my job, Is this the conduct of a reputable company? I think not!!

Some of the nicest gentleman I've ever met very honest and thorough about my vehicle and the repairs that were needed I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Review: I bought a car from Automotive USA. The car needed a few things fixed up, new brakes, new tires, new windshield wipers, new windshield fluid, stuff I didn't mind getting done. I went to transfer the car into my car the next day, and I had to pay $600 in registration fees which was all back pay that they didn't tell me about. I also couldn't fully register it because the car wasn't smogged, which they told me it was. He said it went through the dmv electronically, which they lied because it was actually expired. By the 2nd day of me having the car, the check engine light came on and I brought it back to them. They said it was the catalytic converter and they had my car for a few days and said they replaced it. I took it to the smog shop 2 different times to get it smogged and the man said sense the computers were reset I had to keep driving it to put miles on it first. 424 miles later, the check engine light came back on. I took it down to Carmichael again, they said it was the O2 fuse, left my car with them for 2 weeks, came to pick it up and about 25 miles into driving, the check engine light came on. Few hours later I notices there was an extremely small tire in place of my front left one. I called he said don't worry that's your spare, I had a flat but I'll replace that later. Not to mention, the huge thick dried up mucus splats I had dried all across the back left window, on top of the ridiculous amount of trash they left in my car. Bottle caps, old cups with some stuff in them, gum wrappers, lots of paper towels that were dirty, lighters (which means they smoked in my car and I am a nonsmoker), and don't forget about my flat tire and rim in my trunk with big thick black piles of I dont know what, all over my sons stroller. Not to mention, this is the 2nd time they have left this huge amount of trash in my car. And both times I was polite and didn't even say anything. Absolutely nonprofessional at all.Desired Settlement: I just want them to fix my car the way it should be. I've tried being polite and working with them for a month and a half now. All they are doing is lying and making me waste my gas coming down there when I live an hour away from them. All I want them to do is replace and fix my car the correct way and stop just switching the lights off. Actually fix it, or pay for someone else to do the job correctly sense they clearly can't do it.

There were several things wrong with my car when I took it to Automotive USA. I can't remember having my car worked on by anyone more friendly, competent, and confident than the guys at this business. They took the time to show me the parts that failed and explain what the issues were in terms I could comprehend. The character they presented made a good impression on me from start to finish.
