I had a very straightforward experience dealing with Automoves and having my [redacted] transported from Vancouver to Toronto Getting the vehicle across as soon as possible was my main priority and this is where Automoves was much better than other quotes that I received From point A to point B the whole process took only days and even though I paid a little more than others had quoted it was well worth the savings

Shipped my [redacted] from Edmonton to Toronto earlier in JanuaryI was allowed to put some personal items in the trunk and back seat which saved me a few hundred in having to hire moversThe shipping time of days was also faster than railwayVery straightforward car shipping experience

I traded in my old [redacted] to the model through a dealer tradeThe vehicle was located in Edmonton and the dealer told me it would take up to weeks for my new car to arrive as their carrier was backloggedThey offered us an option to source our own auto transport companyWe contacted Automoves for a quote and timeline for deliveryOur rate came in $ cheaper than dealer quote and delivery within daysThe car was picked up from Edmonton dealership within days and arrived at our lot days laterA+ service

I shipped my [redacted] from Toronto to Vancouver on November 3rd I dropped the vehicle off at their lot in Etobicoke and it was on its way to Vancouver by November 4thI chose the rail option as going by truck would have taken significantly longerThe gentleman who accepted the car did a complete walk around and took several pictures of the surface scratches I hadI thing the job he did was a little too thorough but I guess those are their coverage requirements I was advised once the vehicle was on the railcar and given a tacking number which provides vehicle status and ETA onlineThere was no live GPS available but the agent advised that such option is not available when shipping by rail The car arrived days later than I expected, which is not the end of the world, but did mess up my weekend plansAll in all the shipping took days which is still good considering I have heard some people experience day delays with some other companies Most importantly, Automoves did keep me in the loop about my vehicle status, so I am a happy customer and would use their service again Thank you, Milos

Even though it's end of the year and holiday seasons, but to other companies, a delay of - weeks of waiting time is UNREASONABLE as well
Automoves give you hopes and promises and they'll never respond to your calls and emails after tell you when to expect it They don't tell me what the update on the vehicle
Gave me hopes, telling me yes it'll arrive this/that day but NEVER
Every week I finally managed to get someone to help me and tells me when to expect itBut just NOTHING!!
Frustrated and finally I tracked where my vehicle was and got another company to ship, which they did within days and even lower cost
Terrible service, leaves customers hanging, gives hopes and will ignore your call and email and no updates

But really, I just wanted to leave my feedback and the positive experience I had with Automoves staff in Edmonton
I was already in Alberta and asked for my car to be picked up from my mother living in TorontoThe gentleman doing
the pick up was very accommodating and patient with my mom who had no clue how to boost the car to get it out of
underground parkingI booked a different shipping company at first recommended by my friends, but they did not even bother with the car once it would not startOnce again, thank you for your help and the pleasant experience!

I used Automoves to ship my *** from St Catharines, ON to Edmonton, AB
Because of my busy travel schedule for work I opted for a pick up at my residence and have it
delivered to my office in EdmontonI booked a week in advance in order to match their departure
schedule so the vehicle arrived on my preferred date (or close enough)It was a straightforward
shipping experience and I`m happy Automoves delivered as promised

I contacted them and they gave me a price and date of pickup, seemed easy enough. They nearly never pick up their phone over the following week and dont respond to emails. The driver missed his 12-3 pickup time by at least 3 hrs, and as such wasnt able to load, and completely did not show up on the monday following as promised. Don't trust them if you have a set date you need something dealt with.

I traded in my old [redacted] to the 2016 model through a dealer
trade. The vehicle was located in Edmonton and the dealer told
me it would take up to 3 weeks for my new car to arrive as
their carrier was backlogged. They offered us an option to
source our own auto transport company. We contacted Automoves
for a quote and timeline for delivery. Our rate came in $150.00
cheaper than dealer quote and delivery within 8 days. The car
was picked up from Edmonton dealership within 2 days and
arrived at our lot 6 days later. A+ service.

I would like to thank Automoves for getting our family suv delivered on time. I was travelling for work so it was important for my pregnant wife to have access to our vehicle asap. Mark helped us set up pick up in Calgary within 3 days of contacting Automoves and our car shipped to Mississauga in less than a week. I found it very helpful that we were able to leave some personal effects inside the car during transport. Very helpful service.

My family just relocated back to Ontario and we had 2 vehicles to be shipped. My local Calgary [redacted] dealer suggested I give Automoves a call since they have used them for the past 2 years. Mark was the person I dealt with and he was very attentive to all my questions. We were allowed to ship personal effects unlike other companies that we called. Our cars got delivered in 7 days from drop off. Fast service and fair price.

I used Automoves to transport my SUV from Greater Vancouver Area to Mississauga, Ontario earlier in October. My quote request was addressed within 1 hour and their rep followed up to address all my questions regarding available options. I went with transport option by rail since I wanted to get my car as soon as possible. Cost was a factor so I chose terminal to terminal service and dropped my car off at their terminal in Richmond, BC. The car was on its way the following day and I was provided with a tracking number. Automoves rep called me 24 hours before arrival and advised that the car will be ready for pick up the following afternoon. Communication was great, my car arrived damage-free, so I am a happy camper!
