I have been waiting for my full refund of my Vehicle Protection Plan Warranty and GAP Protection Plan coverage for almost four months
I purchased a Dodge Challenger from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Columbus, GA with a AutoNation Vehicle Protection Plan for $2,and GAP Coverage for $on 3/18/ I traded in that vehicle on 5/1/at a different dealership to get a vehicle to meet my needs So, I went to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram directly after that to provide my paid in full letter and odometer statement so I could get my refund back for the Vehicle Protection Plan and the GAP Coverage I have been mislead ever since then on when I would receive the refund The CFS Manager has told me possibly near a dozen times that they have released the checks and I would receive the checks within three to fours days I have yet to receive my money and I would like a resolution to this matter

The dealership charged me a new cluster price for a refurbished cluster
