Buying a new car is suppose to be a positive experience and this time at Auto Nation on Victory Drive, it was notThe sales person we had was very busy on the first day we went inHe made sure he took the keys to our trade in, so we could not leaveWe tried to get our keys back because hrs without doing any paperwork is too long to stay at a dealershipI stated I would be back but, that was not good enoughIt ended up taking days and different trips to get the paperwork completedI would have taken my business elsewhere after the 2nd day if they would have given me my car backI did get the car I wanted but, the C.S I received was uncalled forSome of them were rude! Will never go back again nor would I recommend them to anyoneI did call to complain and they put one of the finance guys on the phone instead of a manager!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, AutoNation might not recommend putting different lights on, but they agreed to replace them and failed. The lights were installed on my car for three years without any "damage to electrical systems". Between their mechanic and the aftermarket mechanic AutoNation hired they simply broke the headlights. The outcome is simple - I came to AutoNation with working lights, and after two weeks of "repairs" they became broken. I am not even talking about quoting me parts I didn't need. It is simply unprofessional - to make a mistake, make it again, and then just blame the customer.
The story with the brakes is still the same. I still would like to have a satisfactory resolution for this matter.

We have already refunded the customer over $500.00 even though he did not follow thr warranty guidelines he is required to for the brake work.
The customer was already having problems with his aftermarket lights we advised him we do not work on this product he wanted them removed...

we attempted to remove them and found he had other problems with his lighting. The customer was not charged for attempting to remove the lighting. He stated after we attempted to remove the lights his turn signals no longer worked we paid an aftermarket shop familiar with this product to get his turn signals working for him any other problems he has we are not responsible for.thank you
