I am rejecting this response because:You guys were in the electrical panel and now I’m having issues? Plus if you guys weren’t going to repair it or even take the time to look at it why did you guys have me bring it back a couple days after this happened so that you could look at it and have it fixed? But yet during the almost 9hours it was there it just sat down there and was never even looked at?

They have this information because their service manager [redacted] called us when the complaint came in to tell us that they did fully inspect the truck. Unfortunately, we were broke down in texas and looking at 8500 repair costs from metal shavings in the gas tank and poor maintenance. In addition, when we finally made it to Florida we learned the A/C did not work a bad sensor. I wonder how you can do such a great inspection and not check the A/c?

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and to our knowledge the title paperwork has been received by the FL DMV and Mr. [redacted] is fully aware of everything regarding his title documents now.

I have spoke with the customer and resolved all issues in regards to complaint, and is now happy with the outcome

As stated on your first complaint "I have had repeated electrical issues with my vehicle that I have reported to [redacted] on numerous times" this is not a dealership issue. We understand your frustration but just because the component broke and it happened to be as stated by your self that it was while a another repair was being preformed. We are not the manufacture of the vehicle and if you have concerns with the integrity please contact [redacted] as we can not assist in that matter. When we asked you to bring it back it was to identify the issue at no point in time was anything other than that communicated
