It wasn't until I made this complaint that the hold was released. The hold was lifted as of a couple days ago, therefore I will make it as resolved. The deposit was not actually ever charged, it was a temporary hold on funds that was released after a few days

On 10/20/I spoke with someone named Tae EOM who at the time was the financial managerI informed him I wanted to cancel my gap coverage as I no longer needed itTae emailed me the form to cancel my gap coverage I completed the form and emailed it back to him the next day From that point on I have been getting the run around from everyone that works thereIn November I managed to get the information of the general manager named Corey Frankelangia who sounded like he cared that my chap coverage still hasn’t been cancelled but now he’s avoiding meI’ve called and left several messages and he will not return my calls or my emails to confirm he’s received the form to begin the gap cancellation
I’m growing tired of the run around and the way they do business there and would like to see this issues resolved before the new yearThis request is over two months old and I expect a full refund for the months I’m still being charged and for the inconvenience

We have a Lincoln Navigator and have brought it in for service for yearsLast year we had the 100,mile service doneThey replaced many parts and when we picked it up there was a high hissing sound in the rear and the air conditioning didn't work any moreThey swore it wasn't anything they did but it was very coincidentalWe brought it back in and they charged us to look and repair the air conditioning, however they didn't repair itWe then went for a long trip in the 100+ temps of CaliforniaWhen we returned they charged us more for additional tests and parts, but never resolved the issueA year later, multiple trips to their service department, time without a vehicle and $for nothing we still don't have air conditioning and the car hisses

I purchased a vehicle, a Jeep Liberty, on April 1stI was assured that there were absolutely no faults with the car, however, less than a week after having the car I noticed that it made an awful grinding noise everytime I would put it into reverseIt got so bad that I could no longer put the car in reverse at allI brought it back to the dealership to have them look at it and they told there was a major issue with the transmission and that it would cost $to repairThe problem is that I did not buy a warranted for the car because the salesman, Jeremy, informed me that because I was buying a car that was "As Is" buying a warranty was not an optionHe then had me sign a paper that he explained meant that I acknowledge I can't buy a warrantyThe problem is the car is not in the condition that they assured me that it was in, and they do not want to fix the problemThe inspection sheet that they have me was completely blankIt was marked "battery- ok" which is another issu

I bought a Ford Mustang from this dealership in October, At the time, I also pur***d an extended warranty I traded my car in on or about June 26, I was told by *** (where I traded my car in) that if I had pur***d an extended warranty, I was due a refund upon cancellation for any unused portion I called Auto Nation Ford in Bellevue to ask them if I could take care of the cancellation in person rather than doing a letter through emailI spoke with ***, who works in Finance who told me I could come down and sign paperwork and they would take care of it On or about June 30, I went to Auto Nation Ford in Bellevue and worked with *** who asked me questions, looked up my information on the computer and had me sign a documentHe told me that it could take up to 6-weeks for my refund and that the check would come to the dealership and they would call me I explained to him that I was moving to Florida in July and would need the check forwarded to me t

I have called this dealership several times trying to cancel my extended warrenty and I talked to Rob R*** and sent him my odometer statement as he requested and never responded to me I resent the info days later and asked if he had gotten it, still no response I have called twice more and asked to speak with Finance and only get Jennifer K*** voice mail with of course no call back I would like to get my money back or a phone call back from the dealer When I bought the pickup from them, I called several time over months trying to get my owner's manual that burned in there fire I had to go to another dealer and pay out of pocket to get my spare key as they would not get it for me

On December 2016, my husband and I brought Nissan Versa into AutoNation Bellevue with a copy of the offer of $from AutoNation to purchase the vehicle After several calls/electronic communications back/forth, they paid off the loan amount to the finance company in the amount of and still owe me $nearly months later Since the loan was paid off, I have reached out several times to both the Bellevue store and their headquarters - each time, someone promising to get back to me - with no response My last communication with the GM of the Bellevue store, was on March 2017, and the last communication with the National HQ was on May I have copies of all communications that I am happy to shareThis is entirely unacceptable customer "service." I want my balance due - and I want this matter to be closed

Reserved a vehicle to look at on Sept17th, which required a $deposit be madeI did not purchase the vehicle and was assured my money would be back to me in a timely mannerIt's now Nov 1st and I'm still waiting to get my moneyI've called several timeso to no avail

AutoNation Ford has offered this customer a discounted repair on the named vehicle, and they have not accepted our offer.  The vehicle was purchased As-Is, and we accept no responsibility for any problems with this vehicle, and consider this matter closed.
