The following email is where the Customer Relations Manager, *** ***, emailed me regarding my experienceWhen I tried to make contact with her on her "direct number" the number was not a working number and when I called her at the dealership I got no answer but left a voicemailI never received a follow up email or phone call*** is just one of the employees at Auburn Autonation Ford that I spoke to regarding the situationI also have a list of every time I contacted the dealership and who I spoke to or left a voicemail for and I can get a copy of my phone records if needed to support this
