I am rejecting this response because: they have not offered to compensate for the issues

We have removed the customers information in our system so will not contact the customer in the future

we noticed the damage in the shop while the vehicle was being worked on and the car was not damaged by us. Customer picked up vehicle on a Friday and brought it back the following week to show us the damaged that he claims was caused while in our shop. We discussed with the
customer that the damage did not occur when here for repairs and pointed out the damage to the vehicle had white paint transfer and we have nothing white in our shop. We offered to work with the customer and repair the damage on the vehicle at slightly above cost and the customer refused any compromise other than us repainting and repairing the entire side of his car

I am rejecting this response because: I want the Ford motor company to refund the full purchase price of my truck since it should have never rusted there to begin withEspecially now that they are attempting to fix the truck with used parts that I was told could not be done when the truck was first brought in for repairs back in SeptIf and when the truck is repaired we’ll trade it in on another brand of truck no longer doing any business with the Ford motor companyNo more leased cars or trucks from FordOur year relationship with Ford ends once my truck is fixed with tainted used partsThanks to Ford for nothing*** ***

Vehicle cam in with a very hard brake pedal. Followed Ford's pinpoint test & found no vacuum coming out of the vacuum pump. This pump is driven off the end of the cam shaft. Gave estimate for pump replacement. They ok'd the work. Once we removed the pump we found
the coupler broke and laying in cavity of where the vacuum pump sits. We revised the estimate to either extract the bolt or replace the cam shaft. Customer came in and we showed the work that needed to be completed. Customer also requested an estimate to replace the engines as the oil changes had only been done every 20,miles. Customer tried to trade out of vehicle. Customer called back and asked us to try to remove/extract the broken coupler. We were careful in doing this repair. We have the bad parts saves for any reference. We did not break the coupler, the locked up vacuum pump did therefore we stand behind the repair bill as is

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/06/30) */
We performed the diagnosis on 5/29/which showed the AC accumulator was badWe found Ford's Technical Service Bulliten and performed the repairs as instructedOn 6/16/2015, the vehicle was returned with an AC issue which is from having
continual fluid in the AC lines*** declined the repair to flush the AC lines as she stated it still works sometimesTo assist in the repairs, we discounted the work that was performed and set up a payment plan with the customer
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/07/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have talked to two other Ford certified ASE Mechanics who have indicated that the only reason to replace an accumulator is if there is an issue somewhere else in the a/c systemThere were no other issues that you indicated at that timeThe only thing that makes sense is that the system should have been flushed because it caused the issue with the accumulator which wasn't mentioned at the first appointmentWhy does someone have to bring a vehicle in more than once to have it fixed correctly? Why should I pay for an accumulator when the total issue I was having wasn't solved and two other certified Ford Mechanics indicated that there has to be another cause for the accumulator to need replacement? The a/c is not working at allThis has been a frustrating experience and if the work wasn't started - as mentioned prior to my go ahead, I would have take it elsewhereWhat about the unauthorized work without my total ok to go ahead with the accumulator repair? So I was stuck with a payment plan because you started it on it without my 100% confirmation - that I needed to call my husband first...and when I called back the work was started?
I think because I have returned it several times and because I have two other mechanics telling me different, I should get the a/c flushed at no chargeI think that's only fair
I would say different if these folks did but they indicated the same...and they have been doing this work for over years combined

After receiving the complaint, we investigated and refunded the customer $for the cruise control. Customer is satisfied with the resolution

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2016/03/22) */

Addressing the first complaint regarding the guaranteed purchase option at lease end being denied. * On the lease contract the lease buyout was guaranteed for a cash option. Any financing would be dependent on the customers qualifying credit....

Addressing the second complaint. * The customers provided us handwritten credit application's on Dec 22nd and Dec 29th 2015 authorizing us to run and submit their credit application. We have the credit applications on file if needed.
We submitted their credit applications to Ford and Wells Fargo and the customers were denied on purchasing their lease end vehicle without a down payment that the customer was not able to secure. We attempted to find a solution to finding them a vehicle and secured them a loan on a 2016 Fusion with $2500 down. However the customer declined our financing solution.
Any questions regarding the repossession would need to be addressed to Ford Credit or they can reference the back of their contract sections 26 &27.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/03/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1st of 12/22/2015 we were there regarding another vehicle we purchased through them 6/14 2011 Ford Fiesta that we were trying to trade in again otherwise leave it there to be fixed again. Well it had to get fixed. Brad didn't fill out a loan application that time. On 12/29 we returned to pick up car and came into some money and Brad was looking into trading in his 2013 Ford F150 that auto nations screwed us on as well and also buy the lease out of my car. He Filled out a loan app for a new truck 2015 Ford F150 he decided against it after speaking with the finance Manager we need to focus on the 2014 Ford Fusion and add the last lease payment of $500.45 onto the loan when we made our apt with the leasing person. So we left. Jen from the leasing buy out and I finally spoke and made an apt to purchase the lease of my car. I asked her is she needed both my husband and I to come into the dealership she said are you buying your car or going into something else. I said buying it "she replied she only needed one of us to complete the transaction from lease to purchase. I took off a long lunch break from work and headed over. My husband was working out of town and would not be there after I found out he needed to come and fil out a loan application. I indicated to her that I would not be filling one out but she insisted and told me I had to. (Well I did not) I knew that I couldn't cuz I just had a repossession of a truck I bought from them back in June so I wouldn't qualify. So as I waited and late going back to work they of course denied me DUH!! I told her that and the finance manager and I had already discussed this the week before. Auto Nations has pulled my husband credit report so many times I quit counting and without his permission or signed loan app on multiply of occasions. Now I just keep the denial letters that state on them to many credit pulls recently DENIED. We had $2500.00 to put down on my car but they came back and told us that no one would finance us because of the miles but we called them out on that cuz my husband had to purchase his lease truck earlier in 2015 and he was over mileage by 67000.00 he was 100 miles away from 100,000 miles and they made us and told us we had to purchase got screwed on that which will be my next complaint. So my ford fusion is over by exactly 40,000 and I have added extras added to the car up value excellent condition. never got answer. So then I got a co-signor my dad and a month went by nothing was done with the financing and then another person from Auto Nations calls me and his information is all wrong so I set him straight he does nothing then Jan 20th Friday night my car gets repo and then all of sudden my dads credit gets pulled and then weeks of leaving messages and calling ford and bhing and them telling me there is no reason why I couldn't buy my car from lease that Auto Nations is screwing with me. its all on file. So finally get a call back and Auto NATIONS says cant do my car and I say up yours. good bye!!!! around Feb 8th I start getting denials in the mail for a 2016 ford fusion credit pulls from multiply banks. We never gave Auto Nations permission or credit app for a kind of car other than Jessica [redacted] filling out a credit App for a 2014Ford Fusion Titanium on I believe Jan 7th 2016 (purchase) DENIED!!!! Just to also let you know I was not going to give Auto Nations $8200.00 in overage mileage onto a car that would never be worth trade in value or even blue book value after I would of drove it off their lot. I'm not stupid You got me once on the truck but it was not going to work again. My car blue book for $27000.00 and I was offered that by Hudson Ford.
I have now since lost my job and have only 1 income coming into the house because of this. I want my car or my lost wages from the 20th of Jab to whenever I can build back up my husband credit from all of Auto Nations credit pulls without authorization. My husband has been out of state working in North Dakota and its easy to back up from his work. I was salary twice a month for $1833.33, so as of right now my lost wages stands at $3666.66 with March 15th coming up that will be another $1833.33 I don't get to support my family.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2015/05/13) */
We performed the recall by reprogramming the Power Steering Control Module and the Instrument Cluster as instructed per the recall. Per Ford Motor Company The modules were reprogrammed to prevent sudden loss of steering assist while driving....

Additionally, the instrument cluster software update will provide audible and visual indications to the driver in the unlikely event of a torque sensor fault. Any subsequent loss of assist repairs experienced after completion of module reprogramming are not covered by this recall.
We are sorry to hear that [redacted] is having this issue with the vehicle, but there is no warranty or recall covering her problem at this time.

Repairs to Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle were covered by Ford Motor Company warranty.  She was provided with the information to contact Ford Customer Assistance regarding the repeat failures.  She stated she does not like the SYNC system as it continually has issues.  We have discussed...

trading her into a vehicle with a different system.

I am rejecting this response because:  The company is outright lying.  I did not ask for a quote to change out the engine (among other things, I have a sibling who would do so) and I did not ask to trade in the car.  They are FABRICATING almost every detail about the situation and the egregiousness of those highlights the crooked nature of their business practice.

Revdex.com is closing case 'Resolved' at this time, but customer may contact us to re-open if issues remain.

[redacted] 2010 Ford F-150. [redacted]’s F-150 is in need of replacement rocker panels due to a corrosion claim with Zebart. An extended corrosion warranty company. Ford motor company has one of three components required to replace the rocker panels on backorder with no release date available. It was...

discovered that we required one of these three components after removing the outer panel of the vehicle to see the inner components. Once the severity of the corrosion was discovered we ordered the necessary panels only to discover they were on back order status. We searched for alternative parts for his vehicle, ie: aftermarket, but unfortunately there are none available for that model. Used parts have been ordered and are in route to the shop. Due to the amount of corrosion in Minnesota we resourced parts from another state that does not use salt on the roadways. We hope to have the repairs completed this month provided we receive the parts this week.

The radio is not covered under the CPO powertrain part of the warranty which is all that is remaining on the vehicle. The CPO 12/12 expired at 55,185 miles and we diagnosed the radio not working at 87,989.
Customer is working with Ford on the...

vehicle damage and buyback.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/03/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The car radio problem was actually brought the Hudson Fords attention on May 18, 2015 the mileage on the car was 50,255. They charges me $100.00 to diagnose the issue and another $99.00 to update the sync. When I picked up the car before getting it off the lot I turned on the radio and I started seeing smoke coming from the radio went into service and brought out the tech they kept the car and then called later that afternoon and said it would be $697.0 to replace not including labor. Someone lied to me somewhere between Hudson Ford to Auto Nations. When brought to Auto Nations again now for recall on transmission clutch (5) recalls and brakes I told service what Hudson Ford did and wanted to have it checked out and taken care of. Warranty should of still been infect considering it was looked at in May 2015 under 55,000.00 miles. Manufactory problems. We replaced the stereo after 7 months of not having one and it cost us almost $700.00 to get and install not including the money we paid between two ford dealerships to have diagnosed and nothing done. Working with the Revdex.com Autoline for other problem but my anger is still with Auto Nations they could of done something when we started complaining 2 months after we bought the car and went to them before contacting FORD 2/2015 and even then Auto Nations wouldn't work with them or us. total recalls on this car since we owned it is (11) and who knows if any of have been truly fixed. Still have some remaining issues. I would like to get my money back take the car. Do they right thing we have been repeat customers and in 2 years we bought or leased a total of 4 vehicles and we have issues with all of them from financing to service.
