stipulations of his approval through the lender/bank, American Credit Acceptance, was to provide a copy of Mr. [redacted]’s social security card, in which we stated to him on several occasions, which he failed to do. AN Hyundai of CC as well as the lender needed this as the final stipulation to fund us the remainder of the loan of $9,998.60. As far as his loan that was originated and approved through American Credit Acceptance was never funded, which leaves no liability or responsibility to Mr. [redacted] as far as the $9,998.60.AN Hyundai of CC has received our collateral, the 2010 Chevy Tahoe back from Mr. [redacted] and his liability or responsibility to us or our lender has been resolved.Thank you,[redacted] “[redacted]” [redacted]AutoNation Hyundai of Corpus ChristiGeneral Manager[redacted] Direct
