I am rejecting this response because: When I called the dealership previously they confirmed there was a dent and now their story has changed. I also have text messages from the salesperson days later acknowledging the dent and that he was reaching out on how to resolve it. He gave me a number of someone to call but I need to make sure it is resolved by Nissan. Also, any finalized pricing that was agreed upon was to include all fees and taxes. I wouldn't have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com if I felt this was handled properly. I shouldn't be surprised to get hit with a tax bill when it was supposed to be all included. This is unethical business practices.
