[redacted] has since come in & actually left with a newer vehicle and is super happy. We are sorry for her experience the first time and hopefully we made up for it this time. Thank you so much. She was wonderful to work with throughout and we hope to keep her business here with us.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Customer had this issue worked on at another dealership. He called in and made an appt here for this week but said he will call the other dealer and try to bring it back in there and now his apt here is not on our schedule. We are more than happy to...
