We have talked to this customer multiple times since installation and made several attempts to diagnose and fix the equipment problemWe went to the extent of replacing the main system to attempt to isolate and repair the problemWe also advised that moving the main system to another location in the home might solve the electrical problem that persisted but the client refusedAfter talking with the customer, we made the mutual decision to remove the system and process his early cancellation informing him and his spouse what the penalty of early cancellation would be once the equipment was removed from the homeAt this time, Bulldog Security has attempted to contact the client to advise that management has reached a decision to write off the contract balance owed if the client is willing to remove any and all complaints made against Bulldog SecurityThe client has agreed to the solution and states that no other complaints have been filed at the time of this responseTell us why here

Bulldog Security has been in contact with Mr *** since the posting of this complaint on March 2, and we have offered to refund the cost of the smoke detector and as compensation for the wait time that he experiencedMr *** stated he does not want to be refunded for the smoke detector
he purchased and he does want it installedHowever, he will not allow us to proceed with installing the piece of equipment until his request to be converted to a month to month contract has been resolved as he wants to be able to have the ability to cancel later if there are any further issuesUnfortunately, this is not something that *** Security will allow in order for us to resolve this matterOur phone calls to Mr *** to explain this on March 5, and March 6, have gone unanswered as of the time of this responseWe are hoping that Mr *** will reach out to us by phone so we can continue to discuss the matter further and attempt to reach a resolutionTell us why here

Bulldog Security has received this complaint and take the do not solicit laws very seriouslyWe have added this location to our do not solicit list per the homeowner request and management is reviewing the claim regarding the home security inspection stickers left at his home to ensure that no
employee of Bulldog Security is representing themselves as anything other home security consultants

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint We understand that there was a contract signed however we are upset that Bull Dog Security and the salesperson David *** did not provide accurate information to us in our homeThe whole contract was started off on lies and that's not honest, truthful or ethical.We were quoted a completely different price then what we are charged a month. When we were signing the contract, we were under the impression that we were signing for the installation to occur the next dayAt no point were we given an opportunity to read the contract on the tablet which was why we thought we were signing for the installation. We were not told about a day cancellation policy, We called *** after we our first charge when it was higher then what we we told and tried to cancel immediatelyOnly at that time were we made aware of the cancellation policy and at that point it was too late.David *** * stated to be our neighbor and that their had been break ins all over our community after we had just moved in and lived in our house less then week I highly doubt he lives in this communityOur community also come to find out has a no solicitation rule that clearly David did not respect either.Bull Dog Security has claimed to contact us numerous times, yet after pulling our phone records through verizon other then the times my husband has called several weeks ago no one has contacted us.Bull Dog Security hasn't been truthful with us from the beginning and you cannot enter a contract with someone based off liesIt's not ethical and it's not the way to do buisness You do not lie to people to get them to sign a contract that they aren't even aware is a contract so you can receive a commision off it

Bulldog Security is claiming they have contacted us the last couple weeks however my husband and I have gone through our phone records for the last couple weeks as well as our voicemails since we both work during the day and we have had no missed calls or voicemails from them trying to reach out to us resolving this issue. I understand that they can provide a contract however it's the circumstances that the contracted were created which have upset usThe fact that we were under the impression that we were signing for the installation, that we were not given the contract to read it was on a little tablet and we signed thinking we were going to sign the contract with the installer the next day, the fact that David *** the salesperson came in claiming to be our neighbor and boasted about recent break ins when no solicitors are allowed in the neighborhood of *** and finally the fact that were were never given any information about a day cancellation policyThe salesperson left out a lot of information that could of been incredibly usefulWhen either of us enter a contract withone we do so with honesty and integrity and from day one Bulldog Security has not acted on either

Close the case with Bulldog as unresolved. I explained that after two and a half months of hearing nothing from bulldog a refund at this point doesn't solve my concern for any future issues I may have with my system that I am under 36 month contract to. A contract to which an installation was not completed even after due diligence on my part to contact both companies to resolve. If I can't get out of the contract and pay month to month because of [redacted]'s policy then I want a full refund and cancellation of services and that's what I will open up a case with [redacted] for. I don't understand how I can be forced to remain under contract for goods and services not received. Why do I have to wait so long and go to the Revdex.com to be offered a resolution that is take it or leave it? I don't think that is fair. I do not care to be refunded, I agreed to pay for the product and service and that is what I want to do. If I have issues unresolved in the future I want the ability to go elsewhere and not have to do this again.
