I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***This business has refused to answer multiple emails to their customer service link posted on their website, that is why I am going through the Revdex.com to resolve it Even in the answer provided, they state that I must contact my credit card company to find contact info for their company, that seems fraudulent to me, not the mark of an honest business

In regards to Revdex.com Complaint ID *** the person may contact his issuing credit card company to find out the contact information of the company that has charged his credit cardThen he may contact that company directly to resolve his issue or ask the credit card company to stop payment if he
cannot resolve the issue amicable by himselfThank you for your understanding

First, we are a small business with limited resources and cannot afford to answer to all letters right away, it will be prudent to allow more time to get answers instead of sending duplicate lettersWe have not processed an order from this person and have No idea why he claims that we have charged his credit card and not sent him anythingAs a matter of fact we do not sell the item he wantsWe simply think he has ordered his item somewhere else and forgottenit is not the first time people make errors like thatWe suggested in our previous letter for him how he can find out who processed his order and either his money or get the item he orderedWe do respond to all emails , even a few junk onesIf he has emailed us with a reasonable question that our spam filters operated by google did not delete he would have been answeredBut we cannot find any record of an email from a person with the name of *** ***Anybody can send us an email easily from the contact us page at www.autopart.com
