for the exchange of an item. The customer can still return the items following the instructions provided. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. It is true to obtain a replacement part the customer would need to complete a purchase and then return the defective items as follows. The buyer simply need to determine if they wanted to complete an exchange or simply return the items for credit: Our Warranty process works as follows; Please purchase the new replacement part number you need from our store. Once you receive the replacement part, please install it on your vehicle. Take the bad part and place in the box you received the new part in. Email us for instructions on how to submit a RMA request. Once you submit the RMA request, you will receive instructions on where and how to return your part. After receiving the defective product back the return will be inspected and processed. A refund will be issued on your most recent order placed.We are sorry the order did not work out for you and you will need to return it. Please use the following instructions to complete your return:All products returned are assumed to be in new and salable condition unless you have indicated otherwise at the time of submitting your request for return. Re-boxing fees will be assessed on items received with damaged packaging.
