I ordered an Wheel from this online store Because of the billing and shipping addresses are not the same, The order was processedThey charged my credit cardBut , when I called to find out when they ship the item,(the only guy who answers the phone in parts department ) asked for further verification to call my credit card company and let him know amount that was chargedI did I called again to make sure that they will deliver the wheelThe same guy asked me to email him a copy of my DRIVERS LICENCE WITH MY PHOTO as a proof .This whole thing seems fraud
I ordered an AC blower motor on the AutoPartsKart websiteWhen I looked for my model car it came up with a couple options I looked at the pictures provided for each part to verify it looked just like the part I removed from the car I ordered the part that matched When I received the part in the mail it was the wrong motorI contacted AutoPartsKart about the issue and they found that they had the wrong pictures for the part number listed on their site I was told I can return the motor, as they did not have the right motor in stock The cost of the part + shipping/tax was $ I then had to spend an additional $to ship the motor back AutoPartKart has only reimbursed my $and refuses to give me a full refund of $(total price + shipping back) They still owe me $ Seeing as how they are completely at fault I feel it is fair to be fully refunded If I had just ordered the wrong part it would be one thing, however their site was incorrect and mislea
