As I mentioned on the phone conversation and also told mr [redacted] , we have redeemed over two hundred and seventy of the exact same groupon that this gentleman received without any issuesHe admitted that he was having problems with his tire pressure monitoring system but seems to want to blame us for the problemWhen we receive groupons we simply change the oil and filter , rotate the front wheel to the back and the rear wheels to the front , then we wash the car and that's all that is requiredHe came to our shop a few weeks after having this service and asked us to replace his right front sensor as he had already diagnosed the problem, when this did not cure his problem he began to call me with threats of tarnishing our nameWe have done all the things he hired us to do , we were not responsible for the mis diagnosis as he diagnosed it himself , we were also not hire or paid to do any programming or pairing of any sensors and we do not work for free I am considering taking legal action against mr [redacted] for slander

This is completely information and I am A.S.E certified technician with the L certification which is only passed by the brightest technicians , I also have a diploma in electronics as well as dozens of certificates from training classesI asking that the Revdex.com make some calls to any repair shop and ask them what they do on a simple tire rotation and that will resolve this matterI believe I am being attacked by this gentleman for other reasons maybe because of my being blackIf he continues down this path I am going to sue him and then the facts will come out

I am rejecting this response because:
He is essentially disabling safety features on customers cars without them knowing itI don't know how it makes me racist, what a pathetic attempt to try and take focus off his wrongdoingsIf anything he should be worried about a class action law suitIt blows my mind I had to explain to him how the tire pressure monitoring system works and he runs the shopNow that he knows and even admits to not completing a job that all other auto shops do as a standard of service, he is knowingly messing up the tire pressure monitoring systems in his customers vehicles and justifying it by saying his service is cheap so it's okIt's never ok to have a customer pull out of your shop in with once working safety features now messed upWhat's even worse is the way he's doing it they don't even knowWhat my car, and a lot of cars have, is called a direct TPMSIt's mandated by law that cars are now made with a TPMSWhy would it be okay for a shop to mess it up and sent cars off the lot like that? Google TPMS, it's not that hard to find details on how the direct and indirect systems work

the paperwork.

On March 26, 2015 [redacted], the customer, purchased a vehicle, 2006 Nissan Quest 5N1BV28U36NXXXXXX, from us, Autopia. The customer put down $2500 and financed the rest. We attempted to get you a loan from "House of Finance" finance company, but they discovered the vehicle had a salvage title after about a month after the purchase date. The finance company informed us and the customer that the vehicle had a salvage title. We then informed the customer by phone that the vehicle has a salvage title and gave the customer two options. First option, the customer has the option of returning the vehicle and the down payment of $2500 would be refunded or the amount can be applied to another vehicle for purchase. The second option is the customer agrees to the vehicle purchase and accept the salvage title and continue making payment towards the loan to us.
We contacted the customer several times to come in,; however, the customer didn't come in until June 18, 2015. On June 18, 2015 the customer came in to Autopia. The car had been driven over 7000 miles; however, we still offered to give the customer the full down payment of $2500 back in return for the vehicle. The customer decided to just leave with the vehicle. The customer by not returning the car accepted to keep the vehicle and honor the loan.
Afterwards, the customer demanded we refund the down payment plus refund insurance paid by them; however, we refused to pay the insurance because the customer had driven the car over 7000 miles and had not returned the car promptly after contacting them. The customer drove the car for about two months and over 7000 miles after being notified by us that the car has a salvage title.
