On 08/13/Mr*** purchased a used Chrysler Sebring, he was able to test drive the vehicle before purchase and we always encourage a third party of the consumers choice to inspect any vehicle before purchase and also include a
day limited warranty and offer extended warranties for purchaseOn 8/25/we received a complaint that the brakes were making a noise and the two front doors were not closing properly and that it needed two front tiresOur mechanic inspected and corrected the noise that was coming from brakes and two new tires were purchased and installed and two front doors were sent to a local body shop to be adjustedOur limited warranty covers internally lubricated engine and transmission components only, we made repairs as a courtesy and never denied any repairsWe returned the vehicle back to the customer and no complaints were notified to us afterA week later we received a phone call from customers mother in law complaining about the vehicle she was advised to bring the vehicle back in for further inspection and was never brought to us nor did we ever deny her of any repairs

No one ever said to bring the car in for repairs to be fixed why sale a car that has $repairs on it it's wrong and it's not right I know the car is used but I bought used cars in the past and they work fine as a new one I would advise no one to ever go there
