The business returned $of our $depositWe never drove off with the vehicle or signed anything stating we were going to be charged $for an application feeThis matter is not resolvedI want my money back, all of my money backIf the Revdex.com can not help us with the matter, we will have to pursue our own legal action

She was notified and she signed the receipt at the time of refund and she indeed understands that there are charges when we spend not two hours but few days to get an approval that costs us money.  We are not a franchise dealer for the banks to respond to us immediately.  we have to spend time getting approvals.  she and her husband understood at the time.  i have repsonded to this letter and I be more than happy to have a time set aside and meet with her and go over the charges.  at that time if the mediator asks us to pay her I be more than happy to pay.  i leave it up to your organization to tell me what to do.  thank you for your respond.
