the customer did not purchase an extended warrantyhe was given free of cost to himhe tried to make a claim for a non covered item of valve cover gaskets leakingwe offered to help with that repair and made several attempts to contact the customer because the warranty company kicked back his
warranty and wanted documentation that was repaired before covering his vehiclefor several weeks we could not get a return call or text from the customer to explain his options of getting a new warranty company for him, or giving him the money paid to the warranty company on his behalfhe did not contact us until after having a problem with the vehicle and we offered to give him dollars towards any repairs to try and help our customer but it is 100% his own fault that he did not respond to the dealer trying to offer him help until after having an issue with the car and it not being able to be covered by an extended warranty because it now has preexisting issues and does not qualify for their coveragethe dealership has tried to go above and beyond to help this customer even after he failed to respond to our several attempts to help him and offered to pay towards his repairslast we spoke to the customer we were all in agreement to try and help him get his vehicle fixed and back on the road
