Review: I was asked to return due to I didn't have a co-signer to sign off the loan. We got a 2004 Lincoln LS on 04-20-2013. I sign all the paper and [redacted] never told me that I need a con signer until after we drive off the lot. I took the car back on 04-31-2013. In the statement it said in a event that the car is return. The dealership has to return your refund to you in cash for $1,050.00Desired Settlement: [redacted] told me that I will not get any money back. I told it's in the contact that they issue to me that in event that car is return I will be getting the money back. I phone [redacted] and asked could we get another car if they are not allowing me to get my money back. [redacted] told the bank wants me to give the addition $1000 more to get a car.

Response:

Hello

We are very sorry for what is going on, and here is the reason why we took the car back.

[redacted] came to us about a month and half ago, she did an application which she wrote that her income is $ 2600 a month . we got her financed for a Chevrolet HHR but it wasn't delivered cause she didn't like it . A month later she came back on a sunday and she requested if she can get finances for an AUDI 6 with 130000 miles , but on Monday the bank turned her down.

the following Saturday she shoed up with her kids asking for something luxury which I told her based on your credit ,you can't get anything luxury , so she settle for a 2004 Lincoln LS , I asked [redacted] if everything on her application she wrote earlier is the same ( job, income, address ets...) she replied " yes" so I delivered the Lincoln LS her Later on I found out the [redacted] only makes $10.50 an hour ( which I will scan and send , along with application ) not enough income.

I called [redacted] in the morning and was told she was going to get a co-igner to help her keep the car , when I got her son info ,he was worst ( credit was really bad) so I called her and told her that her son won't help .... we waited 2 days , then we called her and she called us back with her mother in the other line . I was told that he want to be the co-signer , we waited 2 more days, no word form her or her mother .

we called , she said her mother is out of town and she be coming in to talk to us or return the car . she came here and sat here for 3 hours looking for other cars and every time I show her a car , she tells me NO , only luxury ...

At the end , I told her I will try my best and just spoke to her yesterday ( 5/1/13) and told her I will do my best today . knowing I told her if we decide not to do the deal , that we will charge for the miles ,days the car was kept and processing fee and we will give her the difference back. I f she came the same day we told her to bring the car or bring a co-signer she won't be charged , but she kept us thinking she is bringing a co-signer . bought the car on the 20nd we got the car back on April the 30th .

feel free to call me anytime [redacted]

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

When we came back to pick up the first car , they had already sold it. We decided to browse their other selections, when I happen to notice a 2004 Lincoln. Which I decided to go with and was approved for, I signed the paper work and was allow to drive the car off the lot. A week or so later I received a phone call for the dealership about me needing a co-signer to keep the car. The contract did not state that I had to pay for miles or processing fees, or anything else in the event I had to return the car. [redacted] and [redacted] told verbally that I was not getting no money back, and to look for another vehicle. I been to other dealerships before and you don't get to drive off the car lot with out everything in order . The question is why [redacted] allow me to drive off the lot with the 2004 Lincoln knowing in the begin I need a co-signer in order to get the car?

Regards,

Review: Autoplex made an odometer error in [redacted] Application tittle & registration and they are totally uncooperative in providing me all the documents. I purchased the vehicle with the actual odometer of :111522 but the made a mistake in writing 191052.

This sales issue has caused me a huge distress and It depreciates the value of my car with the present odometer of ; 120882. I'm unable to sell the vehicle and Autoplex won't honor the error ,also they are yet to provide me the [redacted] to acknowledge their error.

I want my money back from Autoplex because I can't sell the car as the reported mileage on the [redacted] is now reported to car fax which won't let me sell the car at its value.Desired Settlement: Refund-check back to me in full
