Review: I feel as though I'm not being taken advantage of. I've had the car 3 months and its just falling apart. I understand it's a used car but the car needs a repair just about every week and the prices are ridiculous and the work isn't done properly. When I go into the shop I get told false information but when I take someone with me then I get accurate answers and more help. The first problem happened the day after I got the car. My radiator hose melted. The car kept overheating due to the fan fuse. Next my radiator went bad they said they fixed it but I had to take it back the next week because my coolant was still leaking. The were suppose to put 4 tires on the car and only replaced 2 and they weren't the right tires. I was told I needed an alignment due to a knocking noise so I thought that would be fixed but the next day I was inform that they don't have a machine for that. I took the car else where to get the alignment done and I was told there's nothing wrong with my alignments its my struts. I was told by autoplus that it would be $300 just for parts which is ridiculous because the parts don't cost that much from the store. I pay 500 a month on this car plus repair and I just want my car to be right and I don't want to be taken advantage of.

Review: Purchased car for 4000.00--dealer put 800.00 on bill of sale. Sold car under different name from what was on title and used a fake dealer number. The car blew up within 1 day of getting it titled in my name. Contacted the dealer and told them that I was reporting them to Revdex.com and Dept of Motor Vehicles and they hung up on me and would not return my phone call. I was very calm during whole call but they know they are doing fraudulent activities.Desired Settlement: Even if I do not get anything out of this deal, I want them to be reprimanded for the stuff they are doing. They are scamming people with these vehicles and as soon as they feel the heat, they switch their business name and start over again.

Review: Upon the purchase of the vehicle I wrote down what I wanted them to check and the next day when I picked up the car I was informed that they checked everything that I had put on the service invoice. Once the car was in my possession I noticed that it was making a loud clicking sound from the engine as I accelerated and even when the car was in park and running. I notified Auto Plus about the issues I was experiencing and was informed to bring it back. I took it back and told them everything that was going on with the car. I took the car on 01/16/2015 and on 1/20/2015 I picked the car up. I then asked to see a copy of the diagnosis report and was told "NO". I was told they did a diagnostic test and all they found was I needed arm/ball joints on the front end of the car. I then asked did they fixed the issues that I had stated in writing I was told "YES". Later that day I noticed the car was still leaking the fluid and making the noise so I took the car to get diagnosed again and found out that my motor was bad. I notified Auto Plus that same day and all I was told to do is bring the car back so they can fix the problem, and wouldn't be granted to get a loaner car so that I can transport my kids to and from school. I feel that they should have fixed the problem the first time instead of them saying they fixed it and i'm still having the same issues. They disabled the switch control which caused my seats not to be able to function at all. I feel Auto Plus don't want to abide by their warranty policy to fix the problems. I feel since the car is still under warranty that my issues should be resolved considering I had the car in my possession less then 3 weeks. If Auto Plus can't fix the problem why can't they request to take the car to someone who can fix it and pay 100 percent of the bill since it is still under warranty?Desired Settlement: Just to refund me all of the funds I put towards my car payments and down payment.

Review: I test drove this vehicle and they told me they were going to fix all issues before I put my down payment on the car. As I drove off the lot I didn't hear the noise. That night it rained and the next day I heard the same clucking noise but it was much worse then before and it sounded like something was fallen from under my car when I hit the gas, my key pad didn't work, and my tire pressure for three tires light was on. I asked a family what did they think about what was going on and they stated that the repair shop probably only placed grease on it so I couldn't hear it for the moment. So I called and reported they told me I had to leave my vehicle for 3-4 days which was impossible at the time for me because I had no funds for a rental and I had to get to work and the reason for me getting that car is because I needed something reliable I never knew I would b going thru this. Well before my warranty was over I took my car to be fixed the [redacted] was so nasty and disrespectful to me that I had to call the police to the car dealership. I also stated I was going to report him for letting unlicensed drivers pull off the lot for extra money and that they were putting stolen inspection stickers on people cars and he gave me a trespassing charge for that. I even want my car repaired or my money back I don't have money to continue paying on a lemon I pay 440 monthly for a car that needs work. I got my car picked up the next day after it was suppose to had been repaired only to still the same noise I called the [redacted] and once again he was rude to me I have a print out of whats suppose to be done. My uncle ended up taking my car to a local repair shop to see what they say. It was stated I need a wheel barren, struts, brake pads because the they only turned my rotors, and its leaking oil. I don't know what to do I am so upset and before I get outside my character im trying to reach out for help.Desired Settlement: This business responsibility is to treat the customers fair and not try to get over on them. Having a car repaired is very important when people have responsibilities and need reliable transportation. The [redacted] needs to have more people skills (communication is very important). And also I expect them to be honest business owners not only about money. Doing the right thing

Review: I went the Bug Haus to get my [redacted] sunroof fixed or replaced. In the process I allowed him to fix other things I was trying to restore on my vintage [redacted]. I have list of the work I have paid to get done and invoices where I have purchased parts to be replace. I have invoices that has been sign of the work from the owner saying he has done. My complaint is for a year I have been trying to get my car back from The Bug Haus and the owner [redacted]. I have called countless times and I have drove to [redacted] from [redacted] to try and find out when he will finished with my car. I have also had a male friend to call and try to help me find out why he has not finished with my car. I live a hour away and I have even had my daughters go with me to see when he will return my car. At this point he has stopped answering my calls. Every time he tells me it will be finished that week or in a few days but nothing. I have been sharing a car with my daughter for a year now.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my car back with all the things fixed on it which is the things he has listed on my invoice. Now that my car has been sitting up for a year, I also want to make sure he did not allow any damage to happen to my car, that it will still start and drive off his lot. My paint job is only a year and a half old. There was nothing wrong with it's ability to drive, I drove it there and everyday up until then. Also the main reason I came to him for my sunroof to be fixed.
