I submitted the receipt provided by Mr*** to the Administrator of Mr***'s contract, Carguard Administration, and they did not accept it because it does not show the date of service and does not show the name of the repair or service provider Without this information, it does not prove the starting mileage reported on the date of the protection plan purchase was accurate Carguard Administration, ###-###-####, is the Obligor of this agreement I suggest that Mr*** should be dealing directly with Carguard Administration regarding this matter because autopom! does not have any authority to reinstate a contract or to pay or deny claims

Mr*** purchased his vehicle service contract from autopom! on 2/13/autopom! is a broker and represents multiple service providers/administrators. The Administrator and Obligor of the contract is Carguard which means Carguard administrates (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated
to pay the claims autopom! does not perform any role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims. Mr*** purchased his vehicle a few days prior to purchasing the service contractMr*** took his vehicle in for repair on 4/10/The Administrator routinely runs a *** report when a claim is filedIn this case, the *** reported an odometer rollback of approximately 16,miles which occurred sometime between December of and March of according to the *** report which the Administrator ran on 2/11/17. There were other inconsistencies on the *** report in addition to this one. Mr***'s contract clearly states: "This Contract shall be invalidated if there has been a tampering, inaccuracy, or alteration to the odometer mileage of the Vehicle so that the Vehicle’s true and actual mileage is not shown on the odometer and cannot be determined"Consequently, Mr***'s contract was rejected by the Administrator and autopom! was instructed to refund the customer. Mr*** was provided an immediate full refund, per the terms of the agreementI spoke with the customer immediately upon learning of his claim denialI explained to the customer that the starting mileage is extremely sensitive because the contract eligibility, benefits, pricing and pro-rata refunds are all based upon an accurate starting mileage of the contract. The Administrator cannot honor an agreement where the starting mileage was not accurately reportedWithout an accurate starting mileage, the contract is invalid per the terms of the agreement. I explained to the customer that his complaint should be addressed with the dealership (or whomever sold him the vehicle)I informed Mr*** that the dealership should have disclosed the mileage rollback at the time of saleThis is a serious issue with the title of the vehicle. I informed Mr*** that if he could get the *** report cleaned up that I could apply for reinstatement of his agreement. Mr*** notified autopom! by email on 4/26/that his vehicle's *** report was now clean I confirmed Mr***'s vehicle's *** record was clean and consistent and immediately checked with the Administrator for reinstatement of Mr*** contract. The Administrator reported that there is still a conflict with the mileage. Mr*** reported his starting mileage to autopom! as 103573 on 2/13/at the time of contract purchase. The corrected *** report showed the odometer mileage as 103621 when the vehicle was serviced at "Busy Buggy" on 2/7/(about one week prior to the purchase of Mr***'s service contract). This indicates that Mr***'s starting mileage was not accurately reported on the date of contract purchase. I was informed by the Administrator, due to this conflict of starting mileage, in order to reinstate Mr***'s agreement, the Administrator, now requires proof of vehicle mileage on the contract purchase date of 2/13/17. I related this information to Mr*** by email on 4/26/ Mr***'s contract purchase price was $2999. Mr*** opted into our payment plan with $down and payments of $112.46. Mr***' paid $as a down payment on 2/13/and made one subsequent monthly payment prior to cancellation of his agreement. Mr***'s total investment was $which was promptly refunded in the form of a check scheduled for delivery to Mr***'s address on file on or around 4/19/

Hi ***, Here is the full page and it shows the date, mileage, and shop's infoI'm sure they can call the shop as well to verify accuracy. I did not purchase a policy thru ***, I purchased if thru Autopom! They should have told me from day one to call *** and purchase thru them and not waste time with Autopom!, but they didn'tThey collected the paymentsI did talk to them as well and they playing the blame game where they point the finger at the other company.
