Re:ID ***We have had several conversations with this customer regarding warranty coverage and believe customer has unrealistic expectations regarding coverage. Each conversation that we have had with this customer they reference our brochure which outlines coverages for each contract we offer. In
particular the customer refers to brake coverage on the brochure and they believe that if we say that brakes are covered that we should cover everything pertaining to brakesThis is unrealistic and we have a disclaimer on our brochure that says “Please review individual contracts for specifics of covered components”We have attempted to explain that to this customer but they seem to be unwilling or unable to understandThey will instead insist that our brochure is deceptive or misleading. We have enclosed the following for your review: Copy of customers contract, brochure that the customer is referring to and all of the incoming correspondence that we have had with this customer and repair shops. We would be able to offer the customer a refund of the unused portion of the contract of $This amount is based on the fact that they did have coverage since 9/19/15.We will await your responseThank you.Auto Pro Warranty Company, LLC

We have found that whenever we hear from Revdex.com it is usuallybecause the consumer does not understand and or has not readthe terms of their contract. That seems to be the case here. Please see attached for all supporting documents that we haveregarding to this claim. Claim was initially called in on...

5/4/17From Corry Ford for transfer case failure. The shop providedestimate for a NEW transfer case at a price of $3515.00.Labor to complete this repair of $402.90 which is for 5.1 hoursat $79/hr. Customers contract calls for a labor rate of $50/hr.Customers contract also states that ‘Replacement componentsshall be of the same type and quality and mileage as thoseremoved which may include used, reconditioned oraftermarket components.” In our authorization we offered aused component to complete this claim. This document isincluded with our response. Please note that our authorization number of [redacted] actuallyhas meaning. This number will tell you the date this claimwas authorized. With the exception of the last number in thesequence it represents the date this claim was authorizedbackwards. So if you disregard the number 6 it shows thisclaim was authorized 05/04/1 7, which is the same date that theclaim was initiated. We never heard from Corry Fordregarding the completion of this claim. The next contact we had regarding this repair was from adifferent shop on 5/5/17 under the name of Rusted Nutsreferencing the same authorization number. Claim was calledin under a different name of [redacted].At that point we simply asked the shop if he could provide uswith any failure code regarding this repair. This is standardprocedure regarding this type of claim.Every incoming phone call or fax we receive is logged by ourtelephone and fax service provider. Other than the initial callon 5/5/17 we have had no communication from Rusted Nutsuntil 5/31/17, last Wednesday. We have provided you with thecall report. No other calls from Rusted Nuts were receivedsince the initial contact of May 5.On Friday 6/2/17 we called Rusted Nuts and asked Scott to faxus an estimate for repairing this vehicle. We have not had anyresponse from Rusted Nuts since that call.On the initial claim we provided Corry Ford with the sourcefor the used component, the price of the part, labor rate andtime and total for the repair. The customer decided to change shops but we have had littlecontact with Rusted Nuts regarding this claim. We will authorize the amount initially offered of $485 tocomplete this claim. We have provided the breakdown inenclosed documents. We will await your response. Thank you.AutoPro Warranty Company, LLC
