We believe the customer has dropped the issue See attached letter Revdex.com PO Box DuPont, WA RE: [redacted] - complaint# [redacted] Gentlemen/Ladies: We apologize for the late response to this complaintUpon discussing this complaint with [redacted] at Revdex.com, it was determined that previous notices had been sent to an unused email address of a former manager, so we were unaware of the complaint until [redacted] phoned me last weekUpon review of the facts surrounding this complaint, we believe that it should be dismissedThe customer, [redacted] , phoned our used car retailer, Autoright Motors, to inquire about a truck he had noticed on our websiteMr [redacted] provided his credit card information with a request that we hold the vehicle for him to inspect the following dayAutoright did not promise to hold the vehicle, but indicated that if it was still available the next day, Mr [redacted] could inspect itHis credit card was not processedMr [redacted] also authorized Autoright to perform a credit check, which was performedUpon review of his credit, several lenders expressed concerns about the customer's ability to finance the vehicleWhen it became clear that Mr [redacted] 's ability to purchase the truck was impaired, it was sold to another interested partyAutoright informed Mr [redacted] of this decision the night before his scheduled visit in order to spare him the wasted tripMr [redacted] expressed dissatisfaction with this explanation, however, we believe we did nothing wrongThere was no commitment to sell the vehicle to Mr [redacted] , who never actually set foot on the business premisesHis credit card was never processed, and he was not inconvenienced in any way other than, perhaps, a short phone conversationI have since discovered that the Washington Attorney General's office was also contacted by Mr [redacted] Upon hearing the above explanation, the AG office dismissed the complaint some time agoThere has been no follow up from Mr [redacted] for the past and a half months, and we believe the issue is deadPlease feel free to call me if you have any further questionsRobert J [redacted] CFO

We have contacted the customer regarding this matterHe had not made management aware of the problem and assumed we would not helpHe had mentioned a bent wheel with the salesperson but did not ask for assistanceThe salesperson did not think the customer was unhappy and did not forward the information to management There was no apparent vibration or handeling simptoms to indicate a problem, and was not discovered until the customer went to a tire store reguarding low tire preeureI have contacted [redacted] and have offered a refund settlement for the wheel replacement which he is satisfied with and offered our appology for the misunderstandingIt is our policy to offer the best preowned vehicles possible and most often we succeedThe complexity of newer vehicles make catching every flaw difficultI have asked [redacted] to contact me personaly if there are any other questions or concerns he may have Lance C [redacted] Sales Manger Autoright Motors

Revdex.com, it was determined that previous notices had been sent to an unused email address of a former manager, so we were unaware of the complaint until [redacted] phoned me last week. Upon review of the facts surrounding this complaint, we believe that it should be dismissed. The customer, [redacted], phoned our used car retailer, Autoright Motors, to inquire about a truck he had noticed on our website. Mr [redacted] provided his credit card information with a request that we hold the vehicle for him to inspect the following day.
