Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint In July 2014, Mr [redacted] called advising that his turbo was still leaking I advised Mr [redacted] that he has a lifetime warranty on all the repairs that Autos R Us performed on his vehicle I asked him on what date and time he would like to bring his vehicle by or would he like for us to send a wrecker to pick up his vehicle in order to address the issues with his vehicle He insisted on taking his vehicle to a dealer for them to look at it The insurance company did not pay to replace a grill shutter on his vehicle Autos R Us was not aware of a check engine light, nor airbag light was on, nor steering wheel control weren't working on his vehicle until we received this complaint from the Revdex.com Mr [redacted] has not called since I talked with him in July Autos R Us was not aware of the additional problems Any repairs that we perform is under warranty Mr [redacted] has not given us an opportunity to exercise his warranty If further information is needed, please do not hesitate to contact me [redacted] ***
