I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIf Austin Mhad done his due diligence on this matter, he would have found that after receiving MrT.'s email and speaking with the Service Manager, Mark W., I was informed that if I paid the upfit surcharge, then a consideration would be made to repair the vehicle but there was no quarantee that *** would honor the repair even after the upfit was paid. When I discussed this with Mark and advised him what MrTindicated in the email, Mark said the email does not say that the repair WILL be honored even though that is the way I read the email to mean. Further, when the vehicle was purchased, it was advertised and purchased as a CERTIFIED vehicle but I was charged $for the certification. Upon review of the certification check list, the vehicle was certified over days before I purchased. Not only does the dealership need to reimburse for the cost of repairing the vehicle but also for reimbursement of the $cerficiation fee. Further note, Austin was well aware that at some point a plow was to be installed on vehicle and it was used for work purposes. AutoSaver *** installed the plow and payment was made to them for the purchase and installation of the repair.
