I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedRegards, [redacted] The comoany apologized and fixed the vehicle which was still under warrantyThe company paid $of my $month car paymentI have email proving this but due to other Revdex.com complaints I would like something written up, signed, and mailed to me in regauds to this payment being made by Auto SmartAs far as being satisfied, not fullyI would feel safer with longer warrantyI pray the car is fixed now except for the general oil change and stuffThis is due to nothing being said or done about the smoke coming car and if it is the good kindThey didnt fix tire or moisture sealant in headlightThey claim they cant fix back fender falling off due to rust is so bad inside the back fender!! They picked up the SUV from my mechanics office and filed a complaint with the used car commissionI towed the vehicle to his shop, at no cost to them, and was standing behind my 50/warranty which was going to cost us both $I am sure a Chevrolet service department will cost a lot more They can bring the car back to my mechanic when ever they are ready to pay for halfBy the way they put over miles on the vehicle before they started to have a problemThe car drove off with no issues

the car still has a clean car fax Engine work will never show up on a car fax, unless it was wrecked and caused engine work to be doneWe do have a 50/warranty on our cars that the customer signed and I have attached The customer drove the car for miles and came back with a tapping in the engineI paid for the car to be towed to the mechanic shop, NOT PART OF THE WARRANTY BUT I DID IT ANYWAY I told the customer that I had already paid the shop $for repairing "tapping" when I first got the car, so this should be no cost to either of usThe mechanic said it was a different problem and it would cost $2489, which I would have to pay half because of the 50/warranty, which means we both pay 50% of labor and 50% of cost The customer wants me to pay for the whole job or give their money back , the car is financed and already funded, neither option is possibleWhen the customer pays the $1244, I will have the car repaired or they can come pick up the car

We had no problem helping our customer but it seems the customer is not satisfied regardless

Sorry for the delayed responseI made this a personal priority after reviewing the complaint and the situation and I personally worked with our customer to rectify it to her satisfactory

Im not done with complaintMy car made the same noise while pressing gasNow my car wont startTurns out im prett sure old battery is in car and I know the wrong size of battery is in itHow does someone in mechanics not know this? They did!! The discrepancy is not with the customer trading in their vehicleIt is with the fact that the customer has several payments that were return for insufficient fundsThe form that is signed by all customers clearly states that "This waiver is forfeited at any time that insufficient
funds are available or an account is cancelled/ closed etc." However this customer as a whole was a very good so I would be happy to split the difference and send them a check for $If this is agreeable please say so and I will send the check to the address listed on this complaint

I was not given a written estimate of the problem with the vehicle.Trey refuse to give any proper document of what I am paying his mechanic for or any warranty on the work to be done . I will send my vehicle to a certified mechanic to have diagnosis done .

The customer signed multiple contracts that state her payment is $100.00 bi-weekly. It was not set up as a monthly payment so it should not be looked at as such. At this [redacted]e there should be no negative marks on the customer credit because she is not far enough behind. We are happy to fix this...

matter so the customer has a $200.00 monthly payment instead of $100.00 bi-weekly payment. The customer will need to come to the dealership and sign a refinance agreement to change the contract to fit her schedule. I hope this will help resolve this matter.

 The comoany apologized and fixed the vehicle which was still under warranty. The company paid $100 of my $200 month car payment. I have email proving this but due to other Revdex.com complaints I would like something written up, signed, and mailed to me in regauds to this payment being made by Auto Smart. I gave [redacted] and Autoventure my previous correspondence and receipts through their effortless mediation.  Their manager and staff members have done this time and again.  No complaints were found when I did check prior to buying the vehicle.  At this time I gone through Revdex.com mediation so that means follow up with Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General and follow up with the other complainants

The customer was very delinquent on their payments. Our company offered a program in which they could bring their account current without having to pay the amount they were actually behind. It is a helpful program for many of our customers that have fallen behind on their scheduled payments. This...

customer did not follow through correctly with the program offered making the program null and void. The customer also made no further attempts to make any payments on the vehicle. We were given no other option by the customer at that point but to retrieve the collateral. We do not do our own repossessions, they are outsourced to a repossession company. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of the repossession if they plan to redeem their vehicle.
