a good employee that has earned many great reviews from customers across multiple platforms. Do agree he could have done a better job, yes I do. Unfortunately AutoSource is not a business that will blindly terminate a employee based on a single customer complaint UNLESS it is blatantly obvious the employee has a complete disregard for our values. Alvin has now been trained on how to handle a situation like this, should it ever arise again.I do apologize you feel as though you did not get the service you feel you deserved and I am glad you brought it to our attention so we can take the necessary measures to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel the response to my claim is valid or accurate because I reached out to Geoff G[redacted] and Jeff (last name unknown) via email Sept 6 and Sept 15 regarding this issue. There were also several voicemail messages ranging from August through October regarding the issue after the repairs were done that apparently never warranted a follow up call from Autosource. In addition I spoke to the title clerk Ashley regarding this issue so there were many parties informed and aware of the problem and I was never, in any way, informed of delays for any reason. I was completely kept in the dark. Because of this I do not feel the reasons for the delay in the reimbursement is accurate and stand by my original claim. The reimbursement has finally been issued but I believe had I not taken the actions with the Revdex.com that I would never have received the check that was promised to me.

It is unfortunate to hear that even after we agreed toy your proposed "desired settlement" as outlined in your complaint, you choose not to accept our response. While I completely understand your anger and frustration with the situation I would like you ask you to reconsider your response. Either way we sincerely apologize and wish you the best in your endeavors.
