Review: I went on Tuesday April [redacted], to Express Lube and asked specific for a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change. I was told yes and agreed to their price for the oil change almost $100. After watching over them work, I witnessed them using a different type of Mobil synthetic oil, a slightly cheaper version called Mobil Super. I still paid them, knowing it was not what I asked for. After confronting the [redacted], he said "that's what we use for Mobil 1. its basically the same thing." He was very rude and walked away, probably knowing that he is wrong. I have a Mercedes and it specifically requires certain oil to be used. Inside the maintenance book, it says that Mercedes can void any warranty if products other than the ones listed are used. I'm sure they're many companies out their who have this same policy too. Now, if a different customer or I had a warranty issue because of Express Lube using a different product than what was specifically requested, who's liable? Bottom line, this guy is crook and would not recommend this place to anyone.Desired Settlement: I want to read what the [redacted] has to say for himself!
