Review: Traded my truck on 4/18/2015 to purchase a truck from them. They were to pay my old truck off. It took them multiple phone calls and text messages till they finally paid my truck off. Took them till 5/12/2015 to pay it off. My 30 day tags ran out on my new truck I purchased from them on 5/18/2015. On that date I called again asking where my tags were. He had told me on 5/12/2015 they were in the mail. I went to DMV and they called and talked to him and told me he had broken the law. He has also sold my other truck with out having a title to it. Not only that I keep asking him for a copy of the loan documents that he had me resign because he said the first ones were done incorrect. He has not given me the documents and will not return my calls or text messages about it. I called the bank where the first loan documents say the loan is through and they said they have no record of the loan. The documents say the loan is to be paid starting on 5/18/2015. I have called to try to make payments on it but I can not due to they have no record of it. So finally today after some more calls the bank finally got the documents. I also have on the document that the pay off of my trade in was $5,609.00. But by the time he paid it off the pay off was $5040.22. I had to make a payment on it while waiting on him to pay it off. So he pocked $600.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $600 and I want a copy of my loan documents

Review: I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on Saturday 12/06/2014. At that time I was told that he would go to the [redacted] on the following Monday to pick up the tags and they would be overnighted to me. On Friday 12/19/2014 I contacted the dealer because I still haven't received the tags. I was told again that he would go to the [redacted] the following Monday and overnight them to me. On Tuesday 12/23/2014 I contacted the dealer to see if the tags have been mailed. I was told the tag had been ordered and he would get it to me before the 30 days are up. On 01/02/2015 I contacted the dealer to see if the tags have been sent. I was told that he was going to the [redacted] right now and he would overnight it to mans I would have it the next day. I expressed to him that I really need that tag because I was leaving for Tennessee on Monday 01/05/2014. He said that I would have them on 01/03/2015. On 01/03/2015 after my [redacted] carrier and regular mail carrier had delivered and I still didn't have a tag I contacted the dealer. I explained to him that I now have to rent a car because my tag will expire while I'm on vacation. He said that the [redacted] is taking too long but he would overnight it to me wherever I am once he gets it. I explained to him how dissatisfied I am because I'm being lied to constantly. He claimed he went to the [redacted] on 01/02/2015 and the tag wasn't ready and they told him to come back on Monday 01/05/2015 and it would be and again he claimed he would get it to me ASAP. I have to now pay for a rental because of the dealerships negligence and lying. This is unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I feel that the dealership should reimburse a portion of the rental because the only reason I had to rent is because they didn't get the tags as required. If they don't want to do that they can send me @$70 gas card. That's the cost of a full tank of gas in the vehicle I purchased from them.

Review: I bought my 2007 Ford Ranger with the understanding I would have a six month powertrain warranty. I purchased the vehicle Feb. 11th 2015 and have a copy of the warranty that was not signed until March 19th. I have called the warranty company ([redacted]) to verify the warranty numerous times with them saying they have no record of the warranty. I have text messages saying the warranty has been paid for and that it would be in effect soon, that text message was sent 3/30/2015. The warranty is still not in effect. I had to have my wheel bearings replaced and paid for them out of my own pocket. I have record saying that they would pay $270 of the $360 bill which would be cover the parts. We discussed this over the phone and came to an agreement that this is how it would be handled. I was told that a check for the amount would be mailed to me and after weeks of no check I started corresponding by text message since it seemed this dealership was a little underhanded. I have record saying the check for the amount was already sent, this message was also sent 3/30/15 and still no check. I spoke with my cellular provider and I can get the text messages as a legal document but, I have to subpoena the phone company to get them as a full single document.Desired Settlement: I would like the warranty to be instated with a full six months of warranty as was promised. I want the money for the wheel bearings I had to replace. If this is not done, I want a full refund. Furthermore, if this cannot be done I want to seek legal advise.
