(Revdex.com Copied from original faxSee Attached Document)Autostar Financial, Incwho the above listed complaint was filed against is the lienholder for the vehicle the customer is referring toThe vehicle was sold through Fast Track Auto Sales on 2/15/and Autostar Financial as the related finance company received the paperwork in our office for funding on 2/20/2017.The customer had contacted Fast Track Auto Sales with concerns regarding the title on or about 2/13/and upon further review it was found that the title to the current unit was branded as a rebuilt salvage unit and this was not realized at the time the lien was secured by Autostar Financial, Inc.Due to a human oversight with the branding of this title, Fast Track Auto Sales is working towards a resolution with the customer which Autostar Financial, Incis in agreement withIt is my understanding that the customer has agreed to a replacement unit which she is currently out driving on a test drive agreement until the paperwork is completed
