Review: I ordered a body kit for my car from Autostars. I was on deployment at the time and wanted this item at my house when I got home. There current advertisement says "Rocket Bunny wide bodykit" There are only 12 fiberglass items that are unfinished that make up a part of the kit and I knew the fiberglass was unfinished before I bought the so called kit. However there is no hardware at all. No instructions on how to install. Only the 12 pieces of fiberglass. Anytime you go to the store and you buy something that says "kit" with in the advertisement you know you can buy the item take it home and it has everything you need to install the item. Not Autostars Rocket Bunny Kit" I have been speaking with Autostar ([redacted]) in regards to this matter and got fed up with there running around the bush mentality. I emailed [redacted] regarding the hardware and the misleading advertisement, this is a copy of what his reply was "I am sorry about the confusion regarding this product. Our intention is never to mislead the customer, but to make sure they receive all the necessary and important information they need regarding each of our products. We sell a lot of these body kits, and we clearly state that no additional hardware is provided with the panels on the listing. Plus, as for a price comparison you got to consider that its a considerable saving compared to other body kits on the market that provide you more than just the panels, which can lead up to a $2000 mark up depending on the brand. As for the hardware, it would have to be your responsibility.

Once again there is no mention in the add saying I need to provide my own hardware as the advertisement is for a Rocket Bunny kit. I offered to send the item back and pay for the shipping and handling. I did open the box to verify all the items were there but never took any of the items out of there bubble wrapping or protective packaging. Autostar refused my offer and did not make an offer to rectify the matter.

I have saved copies of all the emails that transpired and am willing to send them as a dialogue between Autostars and myself.Desired Settlement: I am willing to work with Autostar at this time to receive my refund. But am also willing to speak with my jag lawyer regarding this matter if a reasonable solution is not met.

Review: I ordered a car part from Autostars inc. and was shipped the wrong part. I called and spoke to a supervisor, they said they would resend me the right part. They sent me the wrong part again (2nd) time.Desired Settlement: Total refund!
