I used this company to detail my car and they broke a piece off of the console where the radio is and refuse to repair it.
I used this company to detail my car. While cleaning the car, they broke a piece off of the car stereo where the auxiliary jack is located.. This rendered the auxiliary unusable and therefore I am unable to use my mp3 player (iPod). After taking the vehicle them, they sent me to Car Concepts where I left my vehicle with them for half of a day. They were not able to repair it. They told Car Concepts they would "take care of it". I called them to continue to resolve the issue and spoke to [redacted] who informed they were not going to repair it and said that I must of been responsible for the damage.
