This early termination was processed, however it appears that a prior outstanding balance was not cleared as expected, and was erroneously flagged as a delinquent payment, resulting in calls to Mr. [redacted] for collection of these funds. Upon being made aware of this concern on July 26 2016, Autotask resolved the clerical error with our Accounting team, the remaining balance was cleared, and Mr. [redacted] was notified via e-mail to confirm resolution of the matter.
