Review: I brought my car in for an estimate to fix the heater. After I paid for the estimate and was about to leave, I noticed a hole in the gear shifter that had not been there before I brought my car in. The hole is approximately 1" by 3". I had the owner, [redacted], come over to look at it. He denied that he had done it or was responsible for it. He said he was the only one who worked on my car. He refused to fix it or even take responsibility for having doneit. The hole was not there when I dropped off my car. Now things can fall down into my gear shift, causing a potential hazard.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to pay to have the part fixed by another company, as I do not trust him to work on my car again. I also would like the $35 I had paid for the heater estimate to be returned to me, seeing as how he damaged my car in that visit.
